The factor clock shows hours, minutes and seconds, combines them to a six digit number and factors this number into its prime factors. This slightly ludicrous idea of representing the time as a decimal number and factoring it goes back to an internet comic series (xkcd) and was first implemented by Nikolas Coukouma.

The Adventureland Mathematics is part of a municipal technology museum: Technische Sammlungen Dresden.
The museum can easily be reached by car as well as by public transport, i.e., bus and tram. For the latter, the tram lines 4 and 10 and the bus line 61 are suitable. For further information you may want to consult the website of Dresden's public transportation DVB (currenly in German only). The bus and tram stops closest to the venue are named Pohlandplatz, Technische Sammlungen.
